Exec Agile – Developing Business Agility & unlock Business Value

4 week – Become an Agile Business Professional Certification and practical coaching on Change Management (including certification exam)

€4,995.00 (Excluding VAT)

The focus of this program is helping organizational leadership to make agile work in the organization. Agile organizations get more done in less time and at a significantly lower cost.

Becoming agile is not throwing caution to the wind and just doing things that are reckless and dumb! Agile is a disciplined approach to doing things differently, more efficiently, and more effectively. Like any new way of doing things, the approach needs to be learned, applied, nurtured, and scaled!

Most agile initiatives fail because becoming agile means a significant rethink about how an organization functions end-to-end. Facilitating this change must come from the top if it is to succeed! That means that it should start at the top – executives need to set the scene and create an environment in which organizations can become more agile!

You should dedicate at least 8 hours a week to coaching sessions and practical work.

Participate in group coaching sessions PLUS schedule one-on-one sessions to zoom into your specific context and challenges.

The program is based on the EXIN Agile Business Professional Certification and the book “Agile for Non-Software Teams: A Practical Guide for Your Journey” by Gil Broza. Although this program is based on a commercial industry offering. It is greatly enhanced with additional content, practical advice and coaching, and immediate application to the context of your organization.

We will also touch on some Agile ADapT and innovation management elements, but this is not the program’s main focus.

Johann Botha is your Mentor, an agile author, and award-winning Agile Thought Leader (Thinkers360, May 2021)
