Examination & Certification

The Agile ADapT fundamentals course and exam lead to a Certificate in Digital Transformation Fundamentals.

The exam is a closed-book, on-line, 30 question multiple-choice exam and successful candidates need to score 20/30 (66%) to qualify for the Certificate in Digital Transformation Fundamentals.

Obtaining a Certificate in Digital Transformation Fundamentals is not a prerequisite for any of the practitioner level certifications – but is highly advised! As an intensive for candidates to do both certifications, we will provide a 35% discount to any candidate who wants to do their first practitioner course and exam, that holds the Certificate in Digital Transformation Fundamentals.
